This mod simply sees what equipment slots the NPC is using and via dialogue allows the user to command the NPC to unequip and drop each piece on the ground. When NPCs spawn, sets of clothing or armor are usually randomly selected for them from leveled lists known as 'outfits' such as gloves/shoes/hats/dresses/shields and the player won't have access to those items unless they have the highest tier perk in pickpocketing or once the NPC is dead.
